Found the hotel quite a mixed bag. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and accommodating for our late check-in, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. the broken bathroom door, lack of ventilation, and noise from the beer garden made it hard to relax. Definitely room for improvement.

The room was modern and brand-new, had smoke detectors for the safety. The bed was good and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge were a bonus. The setting was GREAT, near to Singleton, the restuarant and shops and cafes. Thanks, I truly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfectly fine, had a such great stay with good value for money. The location was ideal, close to St Patricks. It also was close to gardens and a valley.

Dinner from the kitchen was lovely. Aircon was good. A memorable experience dining at the bistro during my stay at the hotel was akin to solving a gourmet puzzle - each dish a piece that fit perfectly to create a masterpiece. the cool air from the efficient air conditioning only added to the flavorful adventure.
